A ranch wedding venue with lodging
Say "I do" in the meadow, then wake up the next morning with your loved ones to celebrate all over again.
Your vows in the Gathering Meadow, dinner at the harvest table on the porch, and the people who matter most asleep in the cabins a few steps away. Nobody drives home. Our team at Bridal Veil Lodging will help you find the resources to plan it, and you're welcome to come tour the ranch before you book.

Dinner at the harvest table on the heated, covered porch, with the river going by below. On a warm night the glass doors fold open and the whole lodge becomes one room.

How a wedding here works
- Ceremony in the Gathering Meadow, right outside the lodge doors
- Dinner at the harvest table on the heated, covered porch, or inside at the big table
- The hot tub, the fire pit and a sky full of stars after dark
- Breakfast together the next morning, with 1,000 feet of river for the walk after
- Twelve people sleep on site: the lodge, three cabins and, in summer and fall, two river tents. Ask us about guests beyond that; Rico, Dolores and Telluride all have places to stay
- Caterers, planners and photographers: ask us, and we'll point you to people who know the ranch
- We're next to national forest, so fire rules change with the season
- Ask us for a quote for your dates and headcount, and read the wedding guide ↗
Questions people ask
- How many guests can a wedding at the ranch have?
Twelve guests sleep on site. For the ceremony and dinner, tell us your headcount when you inquire and we'll tell you what works. - Where is the ceremony?
In the Gathering Meadow, right outside the lodge doors, with the Dolores River below and the San Juan Mountains behind. - Can we bring our own caterer?
Ask us when you inquire. We can suggest local caterers, planners and photographers who know the ranch, and the chef's kitchen is built for a crowd.
- What does a wedding at the ranch cost?
Tell us your dates and headcount and we'll send a quote. The ranch rents as a whole, from $6,500 a night with a two-night minimum. - Where do the rest of our guests stay?
Rico is 15 minutes up the valley, Dolores 30 minutes down, and Telluride about 50 minutes. We can suggest places in each. - Can we come see the ranch first?
Yes, please do. Tell us when you'd like to come and we'll set up a tour.
